Dried Coconut is considered a spontaneously combustible substance containing approximately 67% oil and is classified as UN1363 Copra, Division 4.2 dangerous goods; it is declared as a forbidden item for air transport. However, if approval is obtained from relevant government authorities in the exporting country, transport via freighter may be possible based on the approval certificate. For your reference, IATA DGR Appendix A (Glossary) describes COPRA as follows — "COPRA: The dried meat of coconuts used to produce coconut oil. Copra contains up to 67% oil and is subject to spontaneous combustion."
