What I find disappointing about visiting Gyeongbokgung Palace

It doesn't feel like it's been made convenient for tourism,
nor does it feel like it's been exceptionally well-maintained.
I often get the impression that they are just trying to extend its lifespan as much as possible with minimal support,
which makes me feel disappointed every time I visit.
Since old structures have a limited lifespan, they should be constantly maintained
and inspected in every nook and cranny, but once you actually go inside,
you can't help but wonder if they have no intention of managing it properly
or if this is simply the best they can do due to a lack of budget.
