Don't you think you don't really need a car in cities like Busan or Daegu?

It's definitely inconvenient in Daejeon, Gwangju, or Ulsan without a personal vehicle.
Excluding the Seoul metropolitan area,
it seems like Busan and Daegu are about the only cities
that are somewhat covered by public transportation.
