It feels like Hanwha's Weiss is just a typical KBO-level foreign player..?

I can accept his performance in the Majors,
but he's getting absolutely crushed in the Minors too.
He's performing worse than players who were worse than Weiss in the KBO.
I'm 120% sure Weiss won't be returning to Hanwha next year.
