Inquiry regarding preparations for exporting donated Tablet PCs

Hello. Our company is preparing to donate 50 Tablet PCs to a public institution in Kenya for educational purposes, despite having no prior experience in exporting. Since we plan to request production from an OEM manufacturer, exact weight and battery-related information have not yet been finalized. The essential preparations we have identified so far are as follows: Commercial Invoice (specifying the donation purpose and the phrase 'Lithium Ion batteries in compliance with Section II of Packing Instruction 967'; this phrase may need to be updated once the exact net/gross weight and battery information are confirmed after packaging), Packing List (attaching UN 3481 labels to the exterior of the boxes), Certificate of Origin, Air Waybill, Export Declaration, and a Donation Confirmation Letter (including sender/receiver information, purpose, receipt agreement, etc.). Our specific questions are: 1. Should we list the unit price on the invoice as $1 PER UNIT? 2. What level of coverage would be recommended for transit insurance? 3. Regarding the following items, are they mandatory requirements, or are they merely recommended? - S/N or IMEI list - Product Specifications (in English) - User Manual (in English) - Certificates (CE, KC, etc.) 4. Is there anything else we should know regarding the transportation of lithium batteries? 5. Are there any other matters we should be aware of or additional preparations we should make?
