For an assembled PC used for YouTube and web surfing, which parts usually start to fail after about 10 years?

I don't play games at all; I only use it for the purposes mentioned above, including watching videos.
I purchased an assembled PC for about 450,000 KRW about 9 years ago, which was a budget-level price at the time.
Do the motherboard or the power supply usually fail?
I would appreciate some answers from those who are knowledgeable about computers.
