I think Bruno Fernandes is world-class

He is a league MVP, too.
But my friend says, "Look at De Bruyne or Zidane"
"He doesn't have a League or Champions League title"
"And he's not even at the level of a team core that dominates the league"
He says all this.
Since he has one MVP award, isn't he world-class?
