I visited an art center and a bank recently...

A little while ago, I visited an art center in Seoul and also stopped by a Hana Bank branch in a certain location..
In the case of the art center, there was a person who I assumed was the CEO's secretary; they were absolutely perfect, greeting guests coming to see performances very kindly and opening doors to guide them with a 100/100 score..
In contrast, the bank security guards working at Hana Bank who guide customers are not nearly as kind as the person mentioned above, and in many cases, they actually cause discomfort. Why is this the case with the latter?
Not all security guards are unkind, but regardless, there seem to be more instances of unkindness than kindness among them.
Why is that?
