Can a seller prepare a Purchase Confirmation on behalf of the buyer?

We have received a request for a Purchase Confirmation regarding the goods we sold. However, the buyer (a foreigner currently residing overseas) claims they do not know how to complete the process and has asked us to prepare it for them, even offering to share their uTradeHub ID. In this case, we would like to inquire if it is permissible for us, as the seller, to complete the document on their behalf. (If it is not allowed for us to prepare it, would it be acceptable for us to recommend a tax accountant located in Korea to them?)

Since the buyer does not know how to issue a Purchase Confirmation and is requesting you to handle the application on their behalf, it should be acceptable to complete the process using the buyer's ID. Additionally, it is advisable to obtain written confirmation from the buyer stating that they have no objections to the details entered during the Purchase Confirmation application.
