Are Micron and SanDisk the leading indicators for semiconductors these days? Or is it Samsung and Hynix?

The US market is performing poorly today, and I'm wondering if Samsung and Hynix are falling because of that,
or if the semiconductor sector will drop tomorrow due to the US market.
In my opinion, the US market still seems to be the leading indicator.
