Apgujeong, Banpo, and Jamwon prices have become quite reasonable

Looking at the boards, it seems Jamsil Leel is almost catching up to Jamwon-dong.
The current Maple Xi, formerly Sinbanpo Hanshin District 4,
was actually almost going to be Sinbanpo Leel.
The union members chose Xi because they felt Lotte Castle was a bit lacking,
but at that time, Lotte said they would use a new premium brand.
The Leel brand seems to be receiving quite good reviews in Cheongdam and Jamsil.
Lotte Engineering & Construction's headquarters is in the Lotte Castle shopping complex in Jamwon-dong,
but there are almost no large-scale Lotte complexes in Banpo. In Old Banpo, they are non-existent.
For redevelopment in Apgujeong, Banpo, and Jamwon,
anything less than
Hyundai
Raemian
Xi
Daelim Acro
is just noise.
