The Meteorological Administration will have to perform a rain ritual, right??

Since they said it would rain nationwide today,
if it doesn't rain again today after saying it would yesterday like this,
how embarrassing would that be? (Surely they won't miss two days in a row??)
Well, it's not even embarrassing anymore because they're so often wrong.
