When reported, they refused to take the report and said that citizens aren't obligated to do what they (the police) tell them to do.
In the end, the undocumented worker escaped in the meantime, and while the rider was running to catch them and struggling with them,
the rider who tried to report the undocumented worker was sent to the prosecution for assault.
We live in a world where the police protect undocumented workers more than their own citizens, and ignore you when you report something.
