Acquittal despite clear evidence and proven charges due to illegally obtained evidence

In cases like this, I wish there were a different term instead of "not guilty"
Something like "acquittal due to procedural defects"
Because just saying "not guilty" makes people misunderstand that there was truly no crime committed.
