Is it possible to go to KATUSA even if I'm not good at English at all?

With a TOEIC score of 780, I could get in just by studying grammar even if I'm not good at English conversation, but
if I go to KATUSA when I'm bad at listening, speaking, and even weak in grammar, will I be treated like an attention seeker?
