From a provincial perspective, Seoul really isn't all that special

If there are any advantages,
maybe it's a playground where you can experience various cultures?
Or that there are many large-scale medical institutions.
Aside from that, my impression is that it's just a place with too many people, bad smells, and severe traffic congestion.
If you forced people from the provinces to live in Seoul, they wouldn't be able to adapt.
Of course, these days, we can't even afford to go there because of housing prices.
