I stepped out for the first time in a while after watching a movie.

There are so many releases this week that I took a day off today to binge three movies, and I usually don't walk out during a screening unless it's really bad, but
the beginning of this movie was so uncomfortable that it was hard to endure.
Since it was an indie film, I had the whole theater to myself, but it was still so uncomfortable...
It's not that the sound mixing was terrible—which is common in indie films—or that the movie was too complex.
It's about a young professional born in '97 from Gyeongsang-do who is struggling after moving to Seoul.
But from the very start, the protagonist's character is so worn down that the swearing, wandering, backstabbing, and theft are just too much.
I couldn't stand it, so I left.
I'm sure if I had endured just a little longer, it would have transitioned into a healing drama, but it felt like a waste of time.
It's a shame to waste my VIP free coupon, but I have no regrets.
Maybe when it comes out on OTT, I'll try again by skipping the beginning.
