(+Story) Most jobs provide the four major social insurances; is it possible to have a side hustle or other work?

If my main company finds out through year-end tax settlement and such,
won't there be disadvantages or could I get fired later?
Some companies don't allow side hustles in the first place.
Also, wouldn't there be an issue if I am enrolled in multiple sets of the four major social insurances?
