I don't understand why Man City's actions are considered illegal in some cases and legal in others..
Man City was originally a bottom-tier club.
At best, they were a mid-table team, constantly fluctuating between mid-table and the relegation zone.
Naturally, the club's scale was small and their revenue was low.
ㅡ
But then Mansour acquired them and made massive investments.
Of course, it's impossible for that money to have been Man City's own.
Since they were originally a bottom-tier club,
they obviously met a sugar daddy and spent lavishly using the sugar daddy's money.
ㅡ
If this is illegal, then every single expenditure by Man City is illegal;
and if this is legal, then every single expenditure by Man City is legal.
Regardless, even now that they've become a powerhouse, if Mansour leaves,
they are a team that will be back to fluctuating in the mid-table within a few years.
Because they don't have much popularity to begin with.
ㅡ
But why is some of it legal and some of it illegal..
Is Newcastle legal while Man City is illegal..
ㅡ
Are they saying that there is money recorded as Man City's revenue under the guise of sponsorships, etc., on the books,
but they spent more than that amount..
But even those sponsorships weren't money earned through their own capability in the first place; it was money given by the sugar daddy to bypass the rules..
