I am suffering because the bathroom plumbing breaks down so often

Last year, I was told the downstairs bathroom was leaking, so I called a technician to fix it. However, the same symptom has appeared again, and it is painful because we cannot use the bathroom for the time being. It is not extremely inconvenient since we can use the remaining bathroom, but it is frustrating because the family has to share a single bathroom that we used to split between us, making it difficult to coordinate timing and requiring us to move all our toiletries.
