Kids in the provinces are more like young masters these days

Kids in Seoul are grateful just to live in a 20-year-old apartment,
but since housing prices are cheaper in the provinces, families with children buy newly built homes less than 10 years old.
They can't stand living in old, dilapidated buildings. I suppose it's also because they don't have the money to live in Seoul.
