Even for older guys who look a bit disheveled, as long as they have plenty of hair and look somewhat decent, switching to that hairstyle makes them look much more dandy.
Styling techniques have really advanced lately.
It feels like a standard for styling has been established where average guys can look like "hunnam" (handsome/charming men) just by doing this...
