Have I been diagnosed with diabetes?

My blood sugar is currently 100 two hours after a meal.
Over the last two months, I've had a few readings in the 120s after meals,
but the rest have been below 110.
My fasting blood sugar (after rubbing my eyes) is below 90.
At the end of June, my HbA1c hit 7.8 and I was diagnosed with diabetes ㅠㅠ
I am currently taking medication, exercising, and managing my diet.
