Why is our country's legal system so blatantly "Money is innocent, poverty is guilty"?

‌Chaebols, politicians, and those with lots of money, influence, and power
receive suspended sentences in court for crimes that would result in prison time for ordinary people,
receive fines for crimes that should result in suspended sentences (tax evasion, etc.), and are found not guilty for crimes that should result in fines.
Why on earth is our legal system so backward?
People with power, such as judges, prosecutors, and members of the National Assembly, evade the law like "law loopholes" (law-dodgers);
those who have actually been punished by the court can be counted on one hand,
and they often receive only about 1/10th of the sentence handed down by the prosecution (exaggerating slightly)—it is truly too much.
When ordinary people without money commit a crime, they struggle even to afford lawyer fees (3.3 to 5.5 million KRW), so they mostly use public defenders or represent themselves, only to face severe punishment (several years in prison)....
I hope the era comes where even court judges are replaced by AI. I earnestly hope for this. Due to the subjectivity and lack of conviction among judges, the Korean legal system is on the verge of becoming a global laughingstock.
P.S: Please, if chaebols, high-ranking judges, prosecutors, and politicians commit serious crimes, don't just sentence them to "not guilty"—let's give them several years of prison time without suspended sentences!!!!!
