If I sleep in the company breakroom after the afternoon shift at the Coupang logistics center and go straight to work the next day, will my body feel sore?

I can't go home because of conflicts with my family.
If my shift ends at 2:30 AM, if I just sleep in the breakroom and then grab a meal at a Kimbap Cheonguk nearby the next day before heading straight back to work, will my body feel sore?
It's a fresh food center; could this potentially cause a cerebral hemorrhage?
I am a middle-aged woman.
