I had blood and urine tests after suffering from heat-related illness

Inflammation was detected in my blood test results
(It wasn't severe, so they prescribed IV fluids and medication)
The urine test showed some hematuria and proteinuria
They told me to just get another urine test in a month once my condition improves
I guess this summer really was legendary
I can't believe I'm suffering this much from heat-related illness
But the fact that there was some hematuria and proteinuria is bothering me; will it be okay?
