Effectiveness of Acupuncture for Muscle Pain at Oriental Medicine Clinics

When my lower back, upper back, or pelvis feels stiff,
sometimes I feel like acupuncture helps,
but other times it feels like it actually makes things worse.
It's quite ambiguous whether it's actually effective or not.
