Review of Binge-Watching [The Chaser] from Writer Park Kyung-soo's Power Trilogy

‌I first encountered writer Park Kyung-soo through the Netflix series [The Whirlwind].
It was so good that I looked him up and found out he has a "Power Trilogy."
I binge-watched the first series, [The Chaser].
My impression is... ah, it's freaking boring ㅠㅠ
It feels like they took an 8-episode series and stretched it into 16 episodes?
Also, I usually try not to skip when melodramatic scenes come on, but I was so exhausted that I had no choice but to skip them.
The conclusion is: a huge disappointment....
The only thing I remember is the famous line starting with the Chairman shouting, "Dong-yoon-ah~~~" lol
