Is there no longer any debate that Stephen Curry could lead a KBL bottom-tier team to a championship?

Rather than the gap in skill and durability between foreign mercenaries and domestic big men,
should we assume there is no longer any disagreement with the argument that the skill gap between Curry and the domestic guard corps is so vast that he could lead even a KBL bottom-tier team to a championship?
