Seriously, these dog fanatics...

Seriously, these dog fanatics...
I can overlook them carrying their dogs in their arms, but even if the dog is on a leash, they walk around sniffing convenience store food and licking it with their mouths...
And then they just walk out without buying anything. What did the convenience store owner do to deserve this?
It's disgusting.
