Is Cho Hee-dae even human?

Is a judge just going to ignore the law? Just how much alcohol has he been drinking on the business promotion budget?
Cho Hee-dae is refusing to take the witness oath for the National Assembly Legislation and Judiciary Committee's audit. Unbelievable, this is insane..
A judge... a Supreme Court Justice... the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court... refusing to take a witness oath? Does this even make sense?
How can you judge and punish others after acting like that? What kind of qualification do you have, you piece of trash..
