When is the Gimcheon Gimbap Festival being held this year???

I heard that the top three festivals in Korea are
the Gimcheon Gimbap Festival,
the Hwacheon Sancheoneo (Mountain Trout) Ice Festival,
and the Andong Maskdance Festival.
The one I want to visit most is the Gimbap Festival,
but when is it being held?
I've heard many rumors that it might not be held this year,
so when is it happening this year???
