Ebooks are hurting my eyes..

‌I'm reading on an iPad Mini.. but since it's a digital device, my eyes are hurting..
It's nice that it's convenient and doesn't take up space, but eye health is the most important thing..
I wonder if e-book readers would be any different..
But it's just cheaper to buy used books from Aladdin. Plus, sometimes you can resell books that are still in good condition..
Digital detox is the best..
One way or another, I'm definitely a paper book person...
