Moving from a new build to an old building

I am currently doing that.
6 years in a new build rental in Gyeonggi-do during my honeymoon
-> 1 year in a new build owned home on the outskirts of Gyeonggi-do
-> 2 years in a new build owned home in Gyeonggi-do
-> 7 years in a new build owned home in Gyeonggi-do
-> Currently in a very old building in Seoul
I didn't use the community facilities much, so
it's not too inconvenient, but
the lack of an underground parking lot is the biggest issue..
