Urging the enactment of a special law against the defamation of the Donghak Peasant Movement

It is perfectly valid to express
criticism regarding the rewards given for the Donghak Peasant Movement.
However, it seems there are some
who go as far as to disparage the movement itself.
We must enact a special law against the defamation of the Donghak Peasant Movement
to silence such voices.
