Do you not trust the autopsy results of the Jeju Jang Mi-ran case?

Is the NFS (National Forensic Service) in league with the police or something?
Even when the results clearly state it was a hanging,
people refuse to believe it and just scream, "I hate China, it's a Chinese crime!"
Didn't they say the body was moved to a palm tree?
The delusions are getting out of hand.
It's ridiculous that most people in this community, who are mostly elderly, are acting like this.
