China's regional facial differences aren't as significant as I thought

Whether you go to Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, or Chongqing, they all look more or less the same.
Honestly, if you mixed them up randomly, it would be hard to tell them apart.
Considering how massive China is, it doesn't feel like the genetics are that diverse.
You really only notice a difference if you go to the far outskirts, like the Uyghur regions.
Thailand actually has more regional facial differences than China does.
In Thailand, the people in the north and south look like entirely different races.
India is on a whole different level. There, you can definitely tell them apart easily.
