Are the people already bashing Moreno just Hong Myung-bo haters waiting for a chance?

it's not even FIFA Online, and we're only on the third game. Do they seriously think a team just runs smoothly if you just collect players like you're swapping them out in a video game?
We switched to a 4-4-2 formation and brought in many newly selected players, so there are a lot of changes, but does teamwork just appear out of thin air?
