I had stucco applied; is this level of condition acceptable?

Hello.
I had stucco applied to the exterior walls of a wooden house; is this level of finish okay?
The stucco was applied over a material like styrofoam that has rainscreen functionality,
but it looks a bit uneven, so I am asking for advice.
Is this something people usually just overlook, or should I claim it as a defect?
