I thought only "Delivery Rider Hunters" reported crimes, but there are "Spycam Hunters" too

This channel consists of two parts: one crime scene video
and one arrest video.
Were there really this many spycam offenders in Seoul?
I mean, the world is a good place, so why not just watch adult content instead of
going through the trouble of walking around subway stations, shopping districts, and amusement parks
just to film women with hidden cameras?
I discovered this channel today, and it is truly beyond imagination.
There are as many spycam offenders as there are delivery rider offenders.
