Recovery running to wrap up an incredibly exhausting week

Hosting Japanese clients from Tuesday to Thursday was totally exhausting
Then Friday and Saturday were also a struggle due to a high school reunion
Dragging my battered body through a 12km recovery run
Just a lap around the neighborhood
I'm staying sober next week
