Is Samsung Electronics and the KOSPI flat today?

Does "flat" mean things like slight decreases or slight increases?
I'm long on NVIDIA by more than 7%,
but semiconductors are being incredibly stubborn and not rising.
I hope a bull market starts from September.
I can't seem to get a long position of over 10%.
