Why are you getting so worked up over Son Heung-min, Hong Myung-bo, or Kim Min-jae?

Whenever there's a controversy regarding military exemption or some other issue breaks out,
I see so many comments like "It's just a ball game," "Soccer doesn't help my life," or "Promoting national prestige is a thing of the past."
So why are you all still obsessing over Son Heung-min?
