Isn't Japan just playing with Black and White players instead of worrying about 2nd or 3rd stringers?

If they're going to
field 2nd or 3rd stringers,
they should just use their own university representatives.
Instead, they put together a team of Black and White players
and then talk about 2nd and 3rd stringers lol
