AI labor liberation, universal distribution, and an equal society—is this just a dream?

Robots working on their own, charging themselves, and serving humans on their own?
Even if such a utopian society arrives, there will undoubtedly be people who are superior to others,
and these people will do something to receive better treatment than others (whether it's earning money or something else).
It seems like differences between people will inevitably arise anyway,
so I question whether a completely equal society is even a possible concept.
