Why don't stock experts and YouTubers just give us a straight answer?

‌What I'm curious about is...
So, is Samsung Electronics going up or down tomorrow!
So, what exactly should I buy!!
For example, they don't say "Buy Hanwha Ocean." They only say things like "the future of shipbuilding stocks looks bright..."
And no one tells you to day trade. They all say to look at the long term.
Is it illegal to tell people to day trade or to directly recommend a specific stock? Does the government arrest YouTubers for "revealing the secrets of heaven"?
