Does anyone remember the coin arcade in Jongno from back in the day?

It was near where Tower Records used to be, in a large building that felt somewhat hollow or empty itself?
It was almost on the top floor? When you went up, there was an arcade, but it wasn't a typical arcade; it was more like a gambling-style place where you played with exchanged coins.
It wasn't graphic-based games,
but physical games where you put in coins and they pushed against each other inside to hit a jackpot or something.
The arcade itself was huge and had a wide variety of games.
The absolute best part was the Sega horse racing game, where about 15 to 20 people would sit around a central model horse racing track, and the doll horses would actually move and race—it was incredibly fun.
If my memory serves me right, the machines were made in the 1980s, and at the time, I remember thinking, "Wow, they have this kind of thing already in the 80s??"
I saw a few other coin-operated arcades like this back then,
but I only ever saw this specific horse racing game at this place.
Also, you could get 20 coins for 1,000 won.
