currently, housing prices are only rising in Seoul and parts of southern Gyeonggi.
In southern Gyeonggi, the semiconductor lines are booming,
so employees are receiving massive bonuses, making this an inevitable phenomenon.
Starting with the lifting of land restrictions,
the Mayor of Seoul is fueling the reconstruction craze by increasing floor area ratios for Seoul apartments.
And in an attempt to develop villas across almost all of Seoul,
by attaching names like "Moa Town" or "Speedy Integrated Planning" and claiming the Seoul Metropolitan Government will provide benefits,
he is fueling speculative winds that won't even materialize.
In all other regions, the real estate market is quiet.
Give me a break.
