Elementary school student falsely accused of sexual harassment

Occurrence of the incident and the school's response
Last June, when allegations were raised that a 6th-grade male student had molested a female student, the school immediately called the male student out of class to interrogate him and conducted a field investigation, such as having him reenact the situation in the elevator.
During this process, the student felt immense pressure and eventually stopped attending school after just one week.
Investigation of the truth and the school's negligence
Two months later, CCTV footage reviewed by the School Violence Committee showed no signs of molestation by the male student.
Despite checking the footage immediately after the incident, the school remained silent for two months without mediating between the two parties, exacerbating the damage.
Condition of the student and current situation
The male student, who has an intellectual disability, was so severely shocked by this incident that he began showing symptoms of panic and was advised to be hospitalized at a university hospital.
Currently, the male student's side has filed police complaints against two teachers for child abuse and against the female student for spreading false information.
The school's position
A school official claimed that the male student's side is exaggerating the facts regarding the allegations and refused to provide specific answers regarding issues such as interrogating the child without a guardian present.
However, investigative results confirmed circumstances where several students witnessed the student being called into a classroom and interrogated at the time.
