Isn't the infrastructure in metropolitan areas of each province sufficient?

I am originally from Busan and live in a nearby satellite city.
While the level of a university hospital might differ, Busan National University Hospital is only a 10-minute bus ride away... there are marts... and I don't find anything inconvenient.
Since the subway is connected to Busan, it only takes 40 minutes to get to Haeundae via public transportation.
If anything, Seoul was difficult because there were too many people.
I have traveled there three times so far,
and the crowds were beyond imagination—should I say it was draining?
It felt like my head was going to explode.
However, since good jobs are located in and around Seoul,
it seems people live there because of their workplaces rather than the infrastructure...
Even when real estate comes up, I suspect people only talk about it because they have to stay for their jobs even if they want to leave.
